During this initial conversation, we’ll dive into the specifics of your project, exploring how our photography can be tailored to not just enhance your brand’s visual appeal but also drive tangible results, like increased revenue. We’ll discuss your brand’s vision, the products you want to showcase, and any particular styles or ideas you have in mind. By the end of this call, you’ll have a clear plan for how our custom-tailored photography will help elevate your brand and contribute to your bottom line.

After our Discovery Call, the next step is Onboarding. We’ll send you a comprehensive document that includes both the proposal and the contract, outlining the scope of the project, timelines, deliverables, and pricing. Once you’ve reviewed the proposal and are ready to proceed, you can sign the contract within the same document and pay the initial deposit. Afterward, you’ll ship us the products you’d like us to photograph. This streamlined process ensures everything is set up smoothly, allowing us to get started on creating the visuals that will elevate your brand.

With the project officially underway, we’ll schedule a Prep Call to refine the creative direction for your shoot. During this call, we’ll review the mood board we’ve developed based on the insights gathered during the Discovery Call and Onboarding. This is your opportunity to provide feedback, suggest tweaks, and ensure that the concepts align perfectly with your brand’s voice. We’ll also discuss any additional needs or changes to be made before the shoot day, ensuring everyone is on the same page.

This is where the magic happens! The Shoot is the stage where we bring all the planning to life. With the creative direction finalized, we will capture your products in the best light, using professional techniques and equipment to ensure high-quality results. We handle everything with precision and care, so you can trust that your products are being showcased at their absolute best.

Within three days of receiving your products, you’ll be sent a proofing gallery featuring the initial images from the shoot. This gallery allows you to review and select the photos you’d like to have finalized and delivered. It’s also an opportunity for you to request any specific post-processing adjustments or enhancements to ensure the images perfectly align with your vision. This step ensures that the final images are exactly what you need to showcase your products at their best.

Once you’ve made your selections from the proofing gallery, we’ll begin the Retouching and Photoshop Work. This stage is where we polish the images to perfection, enhancing colors, adjusting lighting, and removing any imperfections to ensure your products look flawless. Our goal is to make your images pop and shine, reflecting the quality and care that went into creating them.

Finally, the completed images are delivered to you in multiple resolutions and aspect ratios, tailored to your specific needs. Whether you need high-resolution files for print or optimized versions for online use, we provide everything in an easy-to-access format. You can expect to receive your final images within 3-5 days after the proofs are approved, ensuring a quick turnaround that helps you get your products to market faster.
